I automate the process of training schedules. I specifically specialize in Endurance + Strength training guidance.

Certifications And Experience: RRCA level I, 8 years of running experience, CPR & First Aid certified.

What I do:

I’ve been running for 10 years and have 6 years of weightlifting experience. I started running in XC /Track and field in high school and never got the results I wanted to get.

I was always in pain, frustrated, never hit the pace goals I had for myself and hated running.

Over time, I learned how to coach myself, stay consistent, and finally start seeing real progress. And pain free!

Now I feel called to use what I’ve learned to help others, and to do it with the purpose God has given me.
